How to use the product: Shake well before taking. Take approximately ½ teaspoon (3 ml) to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Pregnant or lactating women, take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
