EnerBiO Saatenbrotchen Backmischung 300g
A natural baking mix for gluten-free rolls containing 26% seeds.
How to use
350ml lukewarm water
Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heating).
Place the mixture and lukewarm water in a bowl and gently stir with a spoon or spatula.
Let the mixture rise for 5 minutes.
Using wet hands, shape the dough into about 6 rolls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the roll slightly so that it is about 2-3 cm high.
Place the rolls in the preheated oven (middle rack) and bake at 220°C for about 35 minutes.
Let rolls cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
Storage method
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
