Joom gives a 1 month guarantee, after this period they will contact the seller. The seller, however, does not reply to the e-mail. When buying in the country, I would have a 2-year guarantee, and here is a lottery. I suggest you think twice before buying this product. If anything changes in this matter, I will write about it.
