How to use the product: Shake well before use. Shake well before taking. Apply before bedtime. Spray the oil directly on your feet or legs, or massage it all over your body. It helps relieve tension. For best results, allow the oil to air dry. If you have sensitive skin, dilute with water and use.
Ingredients: Magnesium chloride, organic cedar (Cedrus atlantica) oil, organic lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) oil, organic marjoram (Origanum majorana) oil, organic clary sage (Salvia sclarea) oil.
Precautions: Use for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, shaved area, and wounds. If you have kidney disease or are pregnant, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if irritation, redness or discomfort occurs. There may be some itching. This is normal and a symptom of low magnesium levels or salt residue. Wash off the oil after 20 minutes or apply moisturizer to your skin.
