Q: Is water still dripping even after I turn off the shower?
A: Residual water inside the product will be discharged and this is not a malfunction. If this bothers you, shake the shower head several times to remove any remaining water. If the shower does not stop after a while, check that the shower open/close button and switch handle on the faucet are completely closed.
