Custom Fit Instructions: Boil water (about 70-80 degree C). Turn of the heat and put mouthpieces in the hot water after attaching them in the desired position for about 15 seconds. Remove the mouthpiece from the water and shake off the excess water and insert the mouthpiece into your mouth. Adjust the mouthpiece to a comfortable position and then bite down - use your fingers to move the mouthpiece around the front and sides to make a good mold of your teeth. Remove from mouth once you feel that all your teeth have left good impressions. Put the molded mouthpiece into cool water.
