Using glucometer
Insert the test strip into the meter to turn it on
Obtain a blood drop from a fingertip and apply on the strip
Results will appear automatically
Remove and dispose of the test strips
Using a Lancing Device
Remove the cap, insert a lancet, twist off the cover and replace the cap
Press the priming button, then press the yellow release button
Once the blood sample is obtained, remove the cap and eject the used lancet
