It was too small

The suit seems to be a bit small, my little boy is 3 and a half months old, but at 80cm it looks only good on him, if I knew it would be so small I would have ordered 90cm... it seems to be cotton, but I am not 100% sure, it is soft material, great for the price, but it had a very pronounced chemical smell when I received it... after two washes, it barely disappeared.
