Product usage: Ages 12 and over Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily. It is good to take it consistently. When traveling, take one capsule daily before and during travel. While using antibiotics, take one tablet daily, and continue to take one tablet for 10 days after you stop taking antibiotics.
