How to use the product: Unscrew the lid and remove the foil seal. Do not swallow. Supervise children as often as necessary until they can use it properly on their own. Adults and children over 2 years old: Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day after meals or take as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children under 6 years old Avoid swallowing. To minimize this, please teach good teeth brushing and mouth rinsing habits. For children under 2 years of age, consult a dentist or specialist.
