Dear ladies and gentlemen, today we received our order (children's necklace with colorful stones). Unfortunately the trailer is faulty: The cat is missing the 4th stone (from the top) on its tail. You will also notice a metal mark on the back of the pendant at the level of the missing stone, which can damage clothing. We hope that you can help us with our complaint.
