The shoes look comfortable but the insole inside the left shoe is bent, broken and when you put on the shoe it is very uncomfortable and it seems to me that in new shoes this should not happen. I'm a size 8 UK size and I ordered these in a 7 1/2 and they are massive!! Size is not accurate 8 would like to swap for a smaller size as love the shoe and when tried on very compatible just way to big

Hard, narrow and really not what I expected... I have ordered the same shoes on another site cheaper which were much nicer, so I expected more than this. Never learn to buy again...👎🏼
