How to use the product: Follow the chart below to determine your tolerance to the product. Take one serving (2 capsules), twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two largest meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch). Avoid snacking between meals or before dinner. Do not take within 5 hours before bedtime. Do not take more than 2 capsules in 4 hours and/or 4 capsules in 24 hours. For best results, take for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label carefully before taking and follow the dosage instructions. Days 1 to 3: 1 capsule twice daily. After Day 4, take 2 capsules twice daily.
