Q: Can it be attached to a hose at home?
A: Please check the thread size of the shower hose you use at home with the shower manufacturer. The screw size that can be installed without an adapter is G1/2.

A: Wipe the shower body with a soft sponge or cloth dampened with water.
Q: Are there any environments where it cannot be used?
A It cannot be used in the following usage environments.
・Kitchen instant water heater
・Balance pot type shower
・Places frequently used by an unspecified number of people (public baths and leisure facilities)
・Places where hot spring water or well water is used as the water source
Q: The water temperature in mist mode seems low.
A: Please use super wash mode and switch to mist mode while dispensing slightly warmer water than usual. If the problem still persists, please contact us directly so that we can suggest a solution suitable for your environment.
Q: Are nanobubbles generated even in super wash mode?
A Yes. Even in super wash mode, 5.6 million nanobubbles/ml are generated.
Q: Does it come with a hand water stop?
A It is not included in this product. If you forget to close the original faucet because the water has stopped at hand and leave it unattended for a long time, the shower may be damaged, causing water leakage and injury. Therefore, we purposely do not use it in this product.
