Product Directions: Adults and children 12 years and older: Spray 1 to 3 times into each nostril as needed, keeping the opposite nostril closed. Children under 12 years of age: Consult physician before use. When using the pump: Shake well. Remove the lid and safety clip. Hold the bottom of the bottle with your thumb and place the nozzle between your fingers. Prime the pump by pressing it several times before first use. Insert the nozzle into your nostril and press firmly on the rim. Smell gently.
