At first it worked, but after a few hours it crashed, and it couldn't even be turned off. I've reset the tablet up to two times (even with the factory settings), and the same thing happens again. It's frozen and I can't even turn it off. I need it checked or replaced as soon as possible because it's not working, and I'd have to use it. Now it only has one application loaded, which is the one I need to use.
