This is a type that was collected in the South China Sea, but is no longer collected, and the amount in circulation is decreasing year by year. It is sometimes called pink coral together with other pink corals. It is transparent and ranges in color from whitish to pink. It tends to be a mauve-pink color with a slight bluish tinge. There is no distinct white color, but even though the surface is pink, the color becomes white towards the center of the trunk. I try to polish as much as possible so that the white part does not appear on the front side, but white parts often appear on the back side. I've seen a lot of corals, but Miss Coral has beautiful colors and is personally my favorite type.
