I did one hand with fiber and the other with capsules. There is Not photo, with the fiber it is much more natural, the nails finer, also solid and more comfortable because one absolutely does not feel having a prosthesis. The shaping is easy but with a little practice. But.... There is always a but.... It is absolutely necessary to buy "pinching pliers" because without them, expect to struggle to obtain a curved nail. Otherwise it remains stiff as pallets and it is very ugly. Personally, I'm going to adapt this technique, because I do them myself and there's a lot less filing....
